Am I buying software or a managed pentesting service?
Sectiv.ai is a security software platform with expert onboarding, configuration assistance, and product support. The platform performs automated testing; your team reviews and acts on the results. Dedicated manual penetration testing is not included in the standard platform subscription.
Can you test our production website?
We agree on authorization, targets, testing windows, and acceptable impact first. The testing approach is scoped to your environment; staging may be more appropriate for certain checks.
Does continuous scanning mean a person is watching 24/7?
No. Automated testing follows your configured schedule. Human assistance covers onboarding, configuration, and product support during the agreed support hours; it is not a 24/7 human monitoring service.
What do you need from our team?
A list of in-scope assets, authorization to test, a technical point of contact, and any test accounts required for authenticated workflows. We work through the details together.
Can you guarantee that we will never be breached?
No security assessment can remove every risk. Sectiv.ai helps you identify weaknesses and track changes, but your team remains responsible for remediation and its wider security program.
